Class Structure: What to Expect Each class is designed to be accessible, calming, and effective: Opening & Grounding Gentle standing or seated practices to settle the nervous system and connect with breath. Meridian Activation Slow, intentional movements that stimulate energy flow through specific organ channels. Qigong Forms & Flow Simple sequences that build coordination, circulation, and internal awareness. Breath & Energy Cultivation Techniques to circulate Qi and restore vitality. Closing Integration Quiet stillness or meditation to integrate the benefits and leave you feeling centered. No prior experience is needed. Movements can be modified for all bodies and abilities.
